Nice little strip mall with a Safeway, Papa Murphy's, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Big 5, and J.C. Penny's for example... always has good parking with the huge parking lot!
The whole entire main outdoor east side walk way could use some of the aforementioned to help improve it too.
Not a bad little strip mall. Good composition of stores.
Has some fun things. A few neat stores in a small town. The people are fantastic!
Safeway is my preferred grocery store. I don't really care for big 5 or JcPenny.

The parking lot layout, design and entries deserve an F. The strip mall itself overall also is outdated, deteriorating and could use some basic simple overall improvements; like some flowers, plants, and trees to possibly provide some shading from the sun.
