Could not find summer Sandler in a 12??? & their prices on hunting gear is double over Walmart or Pay less Shoes.
Very disappointed in customer service. Trying to find baseball cleats. No help while 3 employees stand around and talk. Asked if they can get a pair of shoes from another big 5 that is 77 miles away. They told me yeah. Asked how long it would take they said well maybe a week but may be two. Never actually checked. Said nevermind I would just buy from Amazon. I can get them in 2 days and they are cheaper. People wonder why so many don't shop at their local stores well when their talking is more important than trying to help that could be why. Also they used to have coupons in store for all the local sports teams. They no longer hold them in store but yet coaches don't get them before sports actually start. They used to be friendly here and they used to try and help and go above and beyond. Now you can't even get a may I help you find something.
so, i had to pull out of my savings to get new shoes cause mine had decided to fall apart, which is disappointing enough. big 5 was the first place i decided to go, and i went to the shoes; this lady really helped me out with finding a good shoe on the strict budget i have. i've been wearing my new shoes since i got them, and they're wonderful. i'm excited to wear them to work, and thank you to the lady who helped me.
The sales people are very nice and helpful. I like the store because they have very good sales on their items. Also they sell all the top brands, couldn't ask for more.
also, don't feel bad for not being able to find women's shoes that fit. ots not easy havin big feet. :)
