Very clean rooms and we'll taken care of.
I'm happy with this hotel. I've paid more money and gotten less than this before. I like the room I was given. It was comfortable. Nice staff. 24 hour pool and hot tub. Decent complementary breakfast (waffles and omlets plus more). I plan on going back.
The Best Western 1-800 number tried to upsell me a room and lied about the amount of rooms left in the hotel. He told me there was only a sweet available and tried to get me to pay double what a normal room would cost. He also said it was the last room available. When I got there I noticed many other people checking in and ask the man at the front who said that they had many rooms available. I have always used Best Western in the past and I'm now thinking twice about it. That's no way to run a business. All the woman that manage the place could say was that the 1-800 number was not them but Best Western is on their building so it represents both! Very disappointed! When you call the 1 800 numbers I wouldn't believe the person on the phone and I would not take anything they say seriously ever again! They are obviously told to lie and upsell their rooms to customers which is disgusting and I'd rather stay somewhere with more dignity!
I've stayed here a couple different times when work has brought me into town. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Free Breakfast is a great start for my busy day! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
Great location, right off the main road between Omak and Tonastket. Subway seconds away. The room was very neat and very clean. I wasn't worried about letting my 10 month old crawl around. The employee's were very kind and friendly, they have pack and plays that they will bring for you to use in your room at no additional charge. I was very pleased with my stay.
