They have wonderful customer service, but not a whole lot of selection. (not terrible, it's just rare they get new things in) They have new and used items. If you don't want to pay high prices that the local furniture stores charge, go to Rent a Center. Especially if you don't plan on financing... They have 90 days same as cash and it worked out great! We bought a couch from them a while ago and once we got it home we had it for about a month and decided it wasn't working out in our living room, so we asked them what we could do and they ordered us a new couch, letting us return the old one. There were no fees or anything! We will definitely be doing business with them again in the future when it comes time to buy our bedroom set, for sure.
